The school has 4 houses with House masters, Asst House masters, House Captains and Vice captains. All students from class 4 onwards will be segregated into these houses, basing on their capabilities and talents, maintaining a healthy balance between all the 4 houses .
All the academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are conducted by these houses. Morning assemblies, welcome and send off duties, notice boards maintenance and discipline monitoring are also taken up house wise. One house will be ON DUTY for a week. Competitions are held among these houses and points given through out the year. In the Grand finale on Annual Sports day, the School Cup winners and runners will be given Rolling shields .
Picnics for lower classes, one or two days’ excursions for middle school , and long excursions for secondary and senior secondary are an integral part of education at KLP.
