PROMOTIONS

  • Marks obtained in the four units/Half-yearly and Annual will also be considered for promotion to next higher class.
  • To keep the parents in touch with the performance of their children at school, Progress Reports will be sent periodically.
  • To encourage children for better performance, prizes are awarded to outstanding pupils. A student will be sent out from school if he/she fails twice in the same class.

 

ATTENDANCE

  • A minimum of 75% of the total attendance of the academic session is necessary for a pupil to take the Annual Examination.
  • Shortage of attendance up to 15% may be condoned in case of genuine illness if supported by a medical certificate.

 

SCHOOL WORKING HOURS

  • The school works in two sessions between 8.50 a.m. and 4.15 p.m. with usual intervals from Monday to Saturday except on Second Saturday. Daily assembly starts at 8.55 a.m.

RULES OF DISCIPLINE

 

CO-OPERATION OF PARENTS

A small handbook like a diary is provided to each pupil of the school, to be used as a means of regular communication between teachers and parents. This diary should be brought to the school every day. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities by complying with administrative and academic requirements in the interests of their ward's education. Parents are welcome to visit the school, by appointment, to talk to the teachers. Parents are also requested to attend all the functions celebrated by the school and help us to make them a success.
